Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of music lessons provided by Matt Vistnes Productions (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or purchasing lessons, you agree to the following:

Lesson Purchases

All lesson sales are final. Lessons are non-refundable, except under rare exceptions determined at our sole discretion.

Purchased lessons do not expire and may be scheduled at a later time.

Scheduling & Attendance

Lessons must be scheduled in advance through our designated booking system or by contacting us directly.

Students are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled lessons. Time lost due to late arrival cannot be made up.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a confirmed lesson (“no-show”), will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the missed lesson.

Exceptions may be made in cases of illness, emergency, or other extenuating circumstances at our discretion.

Teacher Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel a scheduled lesson, you will not be charged, and the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Conduct & Commitment

Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior and a willingness to engage in the learning process.

We reserve the right to discontinue lessons with any student who demonstrates inappropriate conduct or lack of commitment.

Liability

Participation in lessons is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during or in connection with lessons.

Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply to future bookings.
